It’s perfect, even though it doesn’t completely replace the range oven by itself. Rotisserie Chicken was delicious, ready in about 15 minutes, followed by dessert in ten.

If you’re brave enough to replace your oven, you might first consider what you’ll be missing without a stove top, but if you have a microwave and know how to use it to boil water — you’re all set — ready to replace and enjoy more efficient, healthier, and cleaner cooking.
